One of my strengths is being able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers alike. Even when faced with a bad situation, I am able to turn it around into a win-win result for all.
I would say I am an assertive leader. When in charge of a team or project, I will negotiate and set goals so that we can reach each milestone effectively.

I know databases like the back of my hand, especially Microsoft SQL and SAP HANA. The years of experience I have had with both database engines as a pure DBA makes me very comfortable in dealing with these technologies. I am also confident that given some time, I will be able to pick up other database technologies and be just as comfortable using those.
